REBELLION: This State Just Voted to Ignore ALL Obama’s Executive Orders

This week, Arizona passed two bills to stop Obama dead in his tracks.
The first bill, Arizona House Bill 2368, introduced by Rep. Bob Thorpe (R-Flagstaff), prevents the state of Arizona from funding any executive orders issued by President Obama, or policy directives issued by the Department of Justice.
The Arizona State Legislature website described the bill as prohibiting “this state or any of its political subdivisions from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with an executive order issued by the President of the U.S. that has not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution.” (H/TOpposingViews.com)
Barack Obama is not afraid to wield executive power to accomplish his agenda. Whether he is ordering immigration officials to ignore deportation laws or mandating certain crimes not be prosecuted, Obama loves to run America by his own rules.
But one state just came up with a surprising plan to stop Obama’s end-run around democracy. This state’s move could prove to be first among many states rejecting Obama’s overreaching.

In what can only be termed as a “thumb-of-the-nose” to President Obama’s Iranian Nuclear Deal, Iran’s supreme leader vowed Wednesday he will not allow international inspection of Iran’s military sites or access to Iranian scientists under any nuclear agreement with world powers. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei told military commanders Wednesday that Iran will resist “coercion and excessive demands” from America and other world powers.
Negotiators from Iran and a six nation group — the U.S., Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany — have launched a new round of talks in Vienna focused on reaching a final deal that curbs Iran’s nuclear program in return for lifting economic sanctions. The two sides reached a framework agreement in March and hope to strike a final deal by June 30.
A fact sheet on the framework accord issued by the U.S. State Department said Iran would be required to grant the U.N. nuclear agency access to any “suspicious sites.” And Obama has promised congress that any deal would include such access.
Khamenei said interviewing Iranian nuclear scientists would be an affront to Iran’s dignity. “I will not allow foreigners to interview — which is tantamount to interrogation — the prominent beloved scientists and sons of this nation,” he said.
Ali Akbar Velayati, a senior adviser to Khamenei, was quoted by Iranian media this week as accusing the Americans of changing their position and toughening their stance as the deadline approaches. “They insist on crossing (our) red lines. This turns into an obstacle,” Velayati was quoted as saying
This is the same position that Iran has had since day one of the negotiations. If it is not changed, it is hard to see the American government, congress or the American people, not to mention our allies going along with the proposed agreement.

BARACK OBAMA ORDERED US CITIZENS BE INTERROGATED AT BORDER CHECKPOINTS INSIDE THE USA

Based on random interviews, several said they believe border checkpoints are necessary to keep illicit drugs, illegal immigrants and other unlawful activities out of the country.
However, many also said they’re concerned that too many law enforcement officials — including border patrol agents — unlawfully stretch their authority by using aggressive tactics when interrogating law-abiding citizens traveling in their own country.
Last week, Jessica A. Cooke, 21, Ogdensburg, was pulled over at a border checkpoint in Waddington by border patrol agents who wanted to search her car’s trunk. During an altercation that followed, Ms. Cooke allegedly was subdued with a stun gun.
The incident, which was captured on a cellphone video taken by Ms. Cooke, has prompted a spirited debate on social media sites. Ms. Cooke, a SUNY Canton criminal justice major who graduated Saturday, claims she was wrongfully assaulted and has threatened to file a lawsuit.Several people said they believed both parties deserve some blame for the altercation: Ms. Cooke for provoking agents with an uncooperative attitude and the agents for using excessive force to restrain her.
Here’s a sampling of opinions of area residents and visitors:
■ William C. Hill, Edwards, said he has driven through checkpoints on several occasions and never had a problem. Usually, agents ask drivers where they’re from and where they’re going. Occasionally, they ask drivers to pull over for further questioning or to inspect their vehicle.
“I’m all for border patrol checks. Look at the drugs seized weekly by these that would otherwise go right onto the streets,” Mr. Hill said in an email. “If you have nothing to hide, why be a jerk? Just cooperate.”
■ Heather M. Wells, 29, Ogdensburg, said she and her husband pass through checkpoints occasionally on Route 37 when they’re heading to the St. Regis Mohawk Reservation to purchase cigarettes.
“I think we’re close to a border so we should have checkpoints,” Mrs. Wells said. “If you don’t give them a reason to stop you, they won’t.”
■ In Watertown, Antonio F. Gigliotti said he does not consider road checkpoints set up by the Border Patrol to be cause for concern.
“They don’t bother me,” he said.
Mr. Gigliotti said he has traveled through checkpoints before without an issue. He said since he does not have anything to hide, he never feels worried when he passes through one.
■ Tonya Fulmore, Watertown, agreed. She said road checkpoints are necessary to keep our border secure.
“I think if they are protecting the border, they have every right to be there,” she said.
■ William R. Wagstaff Jr., Massena, said he believes border patrol agents at times abuse their power by asking to inspect vehicles without having reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed.

#1 Washington Post mobile site temporarily shut down in apparent hack
Washington (CNN)—The Washington Post's mobile website was temporarily downed Thursday in an apparent hack. Access to the website was blocked while a message popping up saying "You've been hacked by the Syrian Electronic Army," a group that has targeted websites of major companies and other media websites in the past and supports the current Syrian regime. A Twitter account linked to the group said the Syrian Electronic Army was responsible for the hack. CNN could not independently confirm whether the group was responsible for disrupting the site. The Washington Post is now redirecting mobile users to the desktop version of its site. Shailesh Prakash, chief information officer at The Washington Post, confirmed the issue Thursday afternoon.
"The Washington Post's mobile homepage and some section fronts on the mobile site were redirected to a site that claimed to be run by the Syrian Electronic Army. The situation has been resolved and no customer information was impacted."
Before the redirect was begun, users were greeted with numerous dialog boxes when they tried to access the site.
"US govt is training the terrorists to kill more Syrians," read one message.
"Saudi Arabia and its allies are killing hundreds of Yemens (sic) people everyday!" according to the next.
And finally: "The media is always lying."
The page then displayed a message saying "Hacked by SEA."
The Syrian Electronic Army also hacked into CNN social media accounts and blogs early last year.
The hacker group has previously targeted companies including Dell, Microsoft and Ferrari, as well as media outlets like the Associated Press, The Guardian and the Financial times.

In many jurisdictions, to remind someone that you are armed during any kind of argument or confrontation is enough to sustain a conviction for brandishing the weapon in question.

This meeting was moved to May 14th from May 21 in a failed attempt to evade protesters and silence the public. Previous FERC meetings have featured the ejection of protesters against the rubberstamping of fracked gas projects such as Dominion's gas export facility at Cove Point, MD.In at least one case security guards or cops stole a camera from a protester and threatened to delete video footage. FERC regulations explicitly require them to permit the public to video "open" meetings, but several times in a a row this regulation has been ignored or defied.

GILBERT, AZ - Officials were able to put out a fire at the SRP San Tan Generating Plant in Gilbert, Arizona. The fire started burning near Warner and Val Vista Roads at 5:30 a.m. on Friday. SRP said the transformer that was on fire carries a large amount of electricity to main transformers in the Valley. According to Gilbert fire, 24 firefighters were called to the scene to battle the heavy smoke and flames. Gilbert fire said mineral oil was burning at the location and that is what caused the dark smoke in the East Valley. Officials were able to use "Class B" foam to put out the fire.

The NTSB says an assistant conductor in the cafe car of the Amtrak train said she heard the engineer talking to a regional rail train engineer who said he’d been “hit by a rock or shot at.” She says she thought she heard the Amtrak engineer say his train had also been struck. During a Friday press conference, the agency said it has asked the FBI to join the investigation. NTSB member Robert Sumwalt says his team has “seen damage to the left hand lower portion of the Amtrak windshield.”

Two cyberattacks have targeted Penn State's College of Engineering, and the university has shut down its network in response. "This was an advanced attack against our College of Engineering by very sophisticated threat actors," said Penn State President Eric Barron in a released letter to the Penn State community. At this time, only usernames and passwords issued by the college are believed to have been compromised, according to a Friday news release from the university. University officials hired Mandiant, a FireEye cybersecurity forensic unit, and an investigation into the threats revealed that at least one of the two attacks was carried out by a person using advanced malware and based in China. University officials had the College of Engineering's computer network disconnected from the Internet and launched a large-scale operation to securely recover all of its systems. The outage is projected to last multiple days, but it is expected to primarily affect the College of Engineering. The FBI first notified Penn State officials of the attack on Nov. 21, 2014, and security experts were called to launch an investigation. The investigation revealed "two previously undetected, sophisticated threat actors on the college's network," according to the release. The earliest known breach dated back to September of 2012. About 18,000 people whose personal information, including Social Security numbers, were discovered in files that were stored on several targeted machines in the college are being contacted by the university. There is no evidence, however, that the information was compromised by the attack, according to the release. The university is offering one year of free credit monitoring to those affected out of caution.

ISIS now claims they have nearly 100 other ‘soldiers’ in the U.S., prepared to launch attacks on Americans. Operation Jade Helm, an alleged military ‘training exercise’ is seeing military equipment shipped and readied all over the U.S., and now all U.S. military facilities have been put on high alert.
People- something is coming! Whether it’s martial law, or a full scale attack on U.S. soil by ISIS is not clear, but there is simply too much activity in our atmosphere.

Gear, weapons equipment and troops have been prepositioned over the past year or so to better defend the country from the south (* crucial). It is expected to cause food shortages, water shortages, fuel sshortages and that crime will skyrocket and make the entire country vulnerable to attack from outside. The warning, reposted by American Gun Rights-Texaswho are requesting confirmation of this post, warns of 30 United Nations vehicles, fully loaded with combat prepared troops, driving down I-30 towards Garland, Texas.
