Warning: You WILL be interrogated for driving within 100 miles of the Canadian border

http://www.militianews.com/warning-you-will-be-interrogated-for-driving-within-100-miles-of-the-canadian-border/
Taken right our of the playbook of Nazi Germany, random checkpoints are being set up by U.S. Customs [DHS] agents in the northeast within 100 miles of the Canadian border.
The Border Patrol operates a national network of internal checkpoints, illegally stopping motorists up to 100 miles inside our border! These illegal checkpoints allow DHS to stop and search law-abiding American citizens without justification.
It’s about to get much WORSE, the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee approved Bill S.750 which gives Border Patrol/DHS agents “immediate access to federal land within 100 miles” of both national borders and prohibit the “Secretaries of Interior and Agriculture” from impeding any CBP activities.
“Border Patrol already has unfettered access to protected federal public lands along the border,” Dan Millis, borderlands program coordinator for the Grand Canyon Chapter of theSierra Club. “In fact, Border Patrol currently has more access to the border and surrounding lands than the public.”
Imagine this: You and your family drive to Maine to visit Acadia National Park which receives over 2 MILLION tourists. Acadia is within 100 miles of the border and our govt sets up checkpoints to interrogate EVERY visitor! That’s the future of Police State America if we allow this B.S. to continue.
Christian Ramírez, director of the Southern Border Communities Coalition, criticized the legislation not only for what it sets out to do, but for what it doesn’t do. “What any border bill should include are reforms to Customs and Border Protection to ensure greater oversight and accountability, none of which are included in S.750.”
“Imagine this: Border Patrol decides to construct a surveillance tower dozens of feet tall, armed with cameras and motion sensors, in Saguaro National Park — Tucson’s backyard gem — with no public consultation,” added Millis. “It demonstrates the overreach and overkill of waiving laws 100 miles inland. That’s what McCain’s bill does.”
The ACLU has called for rejection of the 100-mile designation and wants CBP’s authority to be limited to “no more than 25 miles from the border and…incursions onto private property to no more than 10 miles.” “The ‘100-Mile Rule’ has never been subjected to meaningful debate or scrutiny in Congress. There is nothing in the record to indicate whether the Justice Department’s designation of 100 miles as a ‘reasonable distance’ was anything other than an arbitrary selection.”
The Watertown Daily Times describes how the Border Patrol is interrogating motorists in the Northeast:
Last week, Jessica A. Cooke, 21, Ogdensburg, was pulled over at a border checkpoint in Waddington by border patrol agents who wanted to search her car’s trunk. During an altercation that followed, Ms. Cooke was Tasered for recording them!
No charges have been filed and Ms. Cooke said she never was read her Miranda rights, adding she was told by agents they were trying to decide whether to file state or federal charges of assaulting an officer.
“They are trying to say that I put my hands on him first,” Ms. Cooke said. “That’s stupid; I had both hands on my phone, recording.”
The incident, which was captured on a cellphone video taken by Ms. Cooke, has prompted a spirited debate on social media sites. Ms. Cooke, a SUNY Canton criminal justice major who graduated Saturday, claims she was wrongfully assaulted and has threatened to file a lawsuit.
Several people said they believed both parties deserve some blame for the altercation: Ms. Cooke for provoking agents with an uncooperative attitude and the agents for using excessive force to restrain her.
Local citizens and visitors: speak out:
■ In Watertown, Antonio F. Gigliotti said he does not consider road checkpoints set up by the Border Patrol to be cause for concern. “They don’t bother me,” he said. Mr. Gigliotti said he has traveled through checkpoints before without an issue. He said since he does not have anything to hide, he never feels worried when he passes through one.
■ William R. Wagstaff Jr., Massena, said he believes border patrol agents at times abuse their power by asking to inspect vehicles without having reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed.
“This woman had every right to refuse to open her trunk,” Mr. Wagstaff said in an email. “I have refused several times to let them search me and put their K-9 in my vehicle.”
Mr. Wagstaff said he filed a complaint with the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C., and received a letter of apology. He also filed a complaint with border patrol officials in Swanton, Vt. “Now I don’t get harassed anymore,” he said.
■ A 26-year-old SUNY Canton student who asked that his name be withheld said he has personally experienced aggressive questioning by border patrol agents in Buffalo where he resides. He believes he was targeted because he is a black man who was traveling to Grand Island, a predominately white community. “Protection is definitely needed, but it’s wrong when that authority gets abused,” he said. “They (border patrol agents) have a role to play, but it must be contained in that role.”
Referring to Ms. Cooke’s situation, he said, “Her tone was a little abrasive, but they shouldn’t have put their hands on her. She wasn’t a threat to them or anyone around her.”
■ Edward B. Foote, 21, Canton, said he felt border patrol checkpoints were necessary to catch people with illegal drugs. “They (border patrol) probably push the limits sometimes, but I’ve never had that experience,” Mr. Foote said.
■ John Woodard Jr., Massena, said he believed the patrol officer in question in Ms. Cooke’s case went overboard with his behavior. “I think it was a little too excessive, actually,” Mr. Woodard said. “I think they’ve got a lot of stipulations for you to get across the border. People that have just minor felonies can’t even go across the border.”
■ Tim Drew, an Arizona resident who was interviewed in Massena, said while he has had limited experience dealing with border patrol on the U.S.-Canada line, he said he is familiar with border issues on the border with Mexico.
“I mean it’s regrettable, but when you enforce procedures in light of the recent security situations, innocent people do sometimes get hurt and it’s unfortunate, but I don’t find it to be wrong.”
Therein lies the problem, the public finds Border Patrol/DHS abuse “regrettable but don’t find it to be WRONG”!
There are too many SHEEPLE who don’t care if our rights are destroyed by DHS run law enforcement.

WASHINGTON POST MOBILE SITE REPORTEDLY HACKED BY SEA SYRIAN ARMY

Threeper Nation Intel Report

Intel report i just got. please share
#1 Washington Post mobile site temporarily shut down in apparent hack
Washington (CNN)—The Washington Post's mobile website was temporarily downed Thursday in an apparent hack. Access to the website was blocked while a message popping up saying "You've been hacked by the Syrian Electronic Army," a group that has targeted websites of major companies and other media websites in the past and supports the current Syrian regime. A Twitter account linked to the group said the Syrian Electronic Army was responsible for the hack. CNN could not independently confirm whether the group was responsible for disrupting the site. The Washington Post is now redirecting mobile users to the desktop version of its site. Shailesh Prakash, chief information officer at The Washington Post, confirmed the issue Thursday afternoon.
"The Washington Post's mobile homepage and some section fronts on the mobile site were redirected to a site that claimed to be run by the Syrian Electronic Army. The situation has been resolved and no customer information was impacted."
Before the redirect was begun, users were greeted with numerous dialog boxes when they tried to access the site.
"US govt is training the terrorists to kill more Syrians," read one message.
"Saudi Arabia and its allies are killing hundreds of Yemens (sic) people everyday!" according to the next.
And finally: "The media is always lying."
The page then displayed a message saying "Hacked by SEA."
The Syrian Electronic Army also hacked into CNN social media accounts and blogs early last year.
The hacker group has previously targeted companies including Dell, Microsoft and Ferrari, as well as media outlets like the Associated Press, The Guardian and the Financial times.
#2 Cop says "I have weapons on" while arresting peaceful protesters after FERC denies public access to meeting
14th of May, citizens from 8 different areas harmed by gas fracking, gas pipelines, and gas export projects attempted to attend the monthly meeting of FERC, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Many were denied access to the meeting room, so they started chanting in the auditorium. When they were escorted out, cops detained 5 and arrested three.During the first arrest, one cop demanding more personal space saying "I have weapons on."He mentioned his weapons not once but twice. If he thought his weapons were placing him in danger, he should have backed up himself first and foremost, not waited for someone else to comply or refuse to do so. Not doing so further suggests an intent to threaten.
In many jurisdictions, to remind someone that you are armed during any kind of argument or confrontation is enough to sustain a conviction for brandishing the weapon in question.
Police are not supposed to brandish guns, even in this sense of the word, during arrests nonviolent protests!
This meeting was moved to May 14th from May 21 in a failed attempt to evade protesters and silence the public. Previous FERC meetings have featured the ejection of protesters against the rubberstamping of fracked gas projects such as Dominion's gas export facility at Cove Point, MD.In at least one case security guards or cops stole a camera from a protester and threatened to delete video footage. FERC regulations explicitly require them to permit the public to video "open" meetings, but several times in a a row this regulation has been ignored or defied.

#4 Crews battle transformer fire at SRP plant in Gilbert
GILBERT, AZ - Officials were able to put out a fire at the SRP San Tan Generating Plant in Gilbert, Arizona. The fire started burning near Warner and Val Vista Roads at 5:30 a.m. on Friday. SRP said the transformer that was on fire carries a large amount of electricity to main transformers in the Valley. According to Gilbert fire, 24 firefighters were called to the scene to battle the heavy smoke and flames. Gilbert fire said mineral oil was burning at the location and that is what caused the dark smoke in the East Valley. Officials were able to use "Class B" foam to put out the fire.

#5 Engineer Reportedly Heard Saying Derailed Amtrak Was ‘Hit By a Rock or Shot At’ as FBI Joins Investigation
The NTSB says an assistant conductor in the cafe car of the Amtrak train said she heard the engineer talking to a regional rail train engineer who said he’d been “hit by a rock or shot at.” She says she thought she heard the Amtrak engineer say his train had also been struck. During a Friday press conference, the agency said it has asked the FBI to join the investigation. NTSB member Robert Sumwalt says his team has “seen damage to the left hand lower portion of the Amtrak windshield.”
The derailment of the Washington-to-New York train killed eight people. BuzzFeed News reported on Friday that investigators are trying to determine whether “consistent vandalism along a section of the Northeast Corridor – namely people throwing objects at passing trains” may have played a factor in the fatal derailment Prior to the deadly crash on Tuesday, a SEPTA commuter train and a different Amtrak train in the area were reportedly hit by projectiles, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. One of the reported “projectiles” smashed the engineer’s window on one of the trains.Passenger aboard another train in area before deadly Amtrak 188 derailment
There was no information available on Friday that suggests a link between the incidents and the deadly Amtrak derailment.

#7 Penn State target of cyberattack out of China; some information compromised: University officials
Two cyberattacks have targeted Penn State's College of Engineering, and the university has shut down its network in response. "This was an advanced attack against our College of Engineering by very sophisticated threat actors," said Penn State President Eric Barron in a released letter to the Penn State community. At this time, only usernames and passwords issued by the college are believed to have been compromised, according to a Friday news release from the university. University officials hired Mandiant, a FireEye cybersecurity forensic unit, and an investigation into the threats revealed that at least one of the two attacks was carried out by a person using advanced malware and based in China. University officials had the College of Engineering's computer network disconnected from the Internet and launched a large-scale operation to securely recover all of its systems. The outage is projected to last multiple days, but it is expected to primarily affect the College of Engineering. The FBI first notified Penn State officials of the attack on Nov. 21, 2014, and security experts were called to launch an investigation. The investigation revealed "two previously undetected, sophisticated threat actors on the college's network," according to the release. The earliest known breach dated back to September of 2012. About 18,000 people whose personal information, including Social Security numbers, were discovered in files that were stored on several targeted machines in the college are being contacted by the university. There is no evidence, however, that the information was compromised by the attack, according to the release. The university is offering one year of free credit monitoring to those affected out of caution.
Penn State's Office of the Vice President for Research is also notifying about about 500 public and private research partners who have contracted with the college faculty since September 2012.

Marines Practice Sub-duing American Citizens Inside Internment Camps

http://www.redflagnews.com/headlines-2015/video-marines-practice-subduing-american-citizens-inside-internment-camp

Alarming video footage from a U.S. Marines training drill which took place in Arizona last month shows armed troops chasing down unruly citizens inside a mock internment camp while role players chant for food and water.
The exercise, which involved U.S. Marines from 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, took place on April 18 in Yuma, Arizona and revolved around “assault support tactics” training.
The drill was part of, “standardized tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine Aviation Training and Readiness,” according to the description accompanying the video.
In plain English, the exercise was about subduing, arresting and incarcerating irate citizens during a martial law-style scenario.
The video shows Marines landing in helicopters on a field next to a busy highway. Locals watch the exercise behind a perimeter fence while role players prepare to take part in the drill.
The Marines then practice apprehending unruly citizens, one of whom is carried away on a stretcher.
One of the role players simulates attempting to escape the enclosure before he is chased down and handcuffed by an armed Marine.
Other role players are then heard chanting “food and water” while rattling the perimeter fence as Marines look on. The video then shows more role players being chased and hauled away. One of the role players is subsequently heard to shout, “let me out!”
More physical struggles and chases ensue between role players and Marines before some of the citizens receive mock medical treatment, with one Marine heard describing one of the injuries as “gunshot wounds to the chest.”
Some of the victims are then loaded onto the chopper before the video clip ends.

Collapse Prep Countrywide As Entire System Is Prepared To Be Brought Down - 'There's No Way Out Of It'

http://allnewspipeline.com/Eye_In_Sky_Finds_Military...
All across the country we are now seeing preparation for the collapse of the entire system as documented in the pictures and videos below. From Nevada to Virginia, from Texas to Arizona we see more proof that the US military and government are preparing for something huge and in the 1st video below from Dahboo7 we learn that what they are preparing for is much bigger than Jade Helm 15 .

All News Pipeline reader John Favere from North Port, Florida has emailed us the pictures seen above and at the bottom of the story showing a battery of tanks taken at a Virginia rest stop parking lot and asked us to publish them along with his comments that, as a frequent traveler, he has been seeing military nearly everywhere in his travels recently and is quite concerned about Jade Helm as being much more than 'exercises' for Texas and the deep southwith military now seen across the country.

With citizen photographers and reporters across the country taking Jade Helm reporting on the militarization of America into their own hands, another ANP reader sent us an observation of his own via Google Earth of a military buildup of some sort going on at an abandoned drag race strip just south of Dallas, Texas. While it's difficult for us to determine what these vehicles are, you can check them out yourself via Google Earth at coordinates N32 36'36" W96 24'54" or via Google Maps here.

A retired US Marine believe that they may be a line of portable generators being stored here...any thoughts of what these might be? For anyone who lives in the Dallas area and wants to check these out yourself at the former Dallas Raceway, which is now closed, the address they are seen at here is 8055 W US-175 outside of Crandall, Texas. Please email any pictures you might get of what these vehicles are to allnewspipeline@inbox.com and we'll happily update this story. This image was taken in 2015 according to the copyright from Google Earth. Much more below including videos with DAHBOO777 telling us about 'ARSOF' Operating Concept 2022 and the reality of US borders soon being erased. Another ANP reader who has spent the last 15 years of his life in the US Army has emailed us this: "I believe those trucks are called PLSTrucks. PLS stands for Palletized Load System. They can carry anything that is loaded onto a military pallet/skid."
We were also sent the following picture with description of another military vehicle buildup, this in Nevada.

I was traveling down Old 395, Virginia street heading North, Reno, Nevada. I was between the Golden Valley, and Lemmon valley exit.I have seen this property being fixed up for a while, no name or nothing on it. Just a heavy duty fence around the property. It has always been empty. Until last week. I drove by and was shocked to see, at least 60-75 transport, hummers, and other strange vehicles in its yard. We have Stead military base about 3-4 miles away. Strange place for all of these you think. I will keep you informed if I should see more things happen.

John Favere emailed the following pictures to All News Pipeline showing a line of tanks at a Virginia rest stop just north of the North Carolina border. We thank John, a man who describes himself as being dedicated to seeking and speaking truth, for sending us these pictures.

Dahboo7 tells us about something much bigger than Jade Helm 15 in this video; ARSOF 2022 and the end of US borders.

BIGGER THAN JADE HELM: 'ARSOF' OPERATING CONCEPT 2022, BORDERS TO BE ERASED

Operation Jade Helm 15 Arizona 04/17; Assault Support Tactics in Urban Area

n this last video we hear from Gregory Mannarino and the X22Report why this is one of the most dangerous times in human history and 100+ million people will likely die...the entire economic system is coming down
As Mannarino explains it, we are facing an event so serious that it will directly impact just about every person on earth. But before we can prepare for it, we need to understand what it is that’s going to happen and what a worst-case scenario may look like:
The central banks… by us adopting a debt-based economic model, which demands that cash be borrowed from the future in greater and greater amounts to sustain what we have here, have created an alternative universe which would not exist. If we did not have access to all of these funds that we’re borrowing from the future and inflating this debt we would not have the lifestyle that we have now.
It’s created a population boom… a population boom has risen in tandem with the debt. It’s incredible.
So, when the debt bubble bursts we’re going to get a correction in population. It’s a mathematical certainty.
Millions upon millions of people are going to die on a world-wide scale when the debt bubble bursts. And I’m saying when not if…
When resources become more and more scarce we’re going to see countries at war with each other. People will be scrambling… in a worst case scenario… doing everything that they can to survive… to provide for their family and for themselves.
There’s no way out of it.

With the alternative media and specifically All News Pipelineyesterday under organized attack by an entire army of trolls attempting to discredit anything Jade Helm and lull the American people back to sleep, Facebook’s Scott Hoyt has shared the following video below that should put an end to the thought that ‘there’s nothing going on down there in Texas’. Sharing right off the bat that he’s not a conspiracy theorist, Hoyt tells us that seeing whatever this is is simply “one of those things that will make you go hmmmmm…
