Obama Administration and UN Announce “GLOBAL POLICE FORCE” to Fight “Extremism” IN US CITIES
Yesterday, Loretta Lynch announced before the United Nations that the Attorney General’s office, in collaboration with several US cities, will form a global law enforcement initiative called the Strong Cities Network. This is the implementation of UN rules and laws on US soil, bypassing Congress and circumventing the Constitution. (thanks to Noisy)
The UN is a sharia-compliant world body, and Obama has insisted that jihad is not exclusive to Islam (which it is). So will the UN, driven largely by the sharia-enforcing OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) and pro-Islamic Obama, use a “global police force” to crush counter jihad forces?
I suspect this global police force will be used to impose the blasphemy laws under the sharia (Islamic law).

Network participants will also contribute to and benefit from an online repository of municipal-level good practices and web-based training modules and will be eligible for grants supporting innovative, local initiatives and strategies that will contribute to building social cohesion and resilience to violent extremism.The SCN will include an International Steering Committee of approximately 25 cities and other sub-national entities from different regions that will provide the SCN with its strategic direction. The SCN will also convene an International Advisory Board, which includes representatives from relevant city-focused networks, to help ensure SCN builds upon their work. “This is a completely fabricated enemy,” he said in a phone interview with Press TV from Anaheim, California on Thursday.
“The funding is completely from the United States and its allies and for people to think that this enemy is something that needs to be attacked in Syria or Iraq is a farce because obviously this is something that we create it, we control and only now it has become inconvenient for us to attack this group as a legitimate enemy,” Kelley added.
He made the remarks as US President Barack Obama is under pressure to seek congressional approval before expanding Washington’s military air campaign against ISIL targets from Iraq into neighboring Syria.
The Pentagon has already launched at least 100 airstrikes on ISIL positions in northern Iraq since Obama authorized the use of force against the terrorist group earlier this month.
The White House insists it does not need explicit congressional authorization for those operations because they are intended to protect American personnel and interests inside the Arab country.
White House press secretary Josh Earnest said Monday that Obama “will not hesitate to use his authority” to keep Americans safe, but added that the president was “committed to coordinating and consulting with Congress” on a decision to hit ISIL targets in Syria.
“If you want to get to the root of the problem and remove this organization, the first thing they need to do is to remove the funding and take care of entities responsible for the creation of this group,” Kelley said.

It’s not quite clear what Lagarde intends to do but the problem is a serious one. The US is obviously reluctant to cede too much control of the IMF to China and other developing countries. If Lagarde pushes too hard, she may significantly degrade relations between the US and China.
Not that they need further souring. Against US wishes, China has just devalued the yuan and the move “clobbered” markets around the world and especially in the US.
Reports were that when the damage was tallied after Tuesday’s trading, the MSCI All World Index of global shares had fallen 1 percent. US exports will no doubt suffer as well.
Bill McQuaker, co-head of the multi-asset team at Henderson Global Investors reportedly commented, “What is good for growth in China is unfortunately bad for everybody else.”
Of course it’s questionable whether a depreciated currency is ever “good.” In this topsy-turvy Keynesian world we live in, people have gotten the idea that when their currency is debased the economy will somehow improve.
This is only one fallacy that people hold. Another is that the US military-industrial complex is a necessary evil that is dedicated to providing a bulwark of national security to keep people safe. Nothing could be further from the truth. A military-industrial complex, as Dwight D. Eisenhower warned, is inevitably going to manufacture wars and military crises to stay in business and increase funding. Like it’s done for decades now.
China is going down this road, using its fiat-currency (the yuan) to fund a huge military binge. It is contesting certain waters in the South Pacific and has started building islands in the area. To protect the islands, China has increased its air-force presence and has also started to build more sophisticated planes and ships.
Chinese “aggression” has the US reportedly considering the use of its own naval and air power to confront the Chinese. John Kerry has traveled to China to personally make the US stance clear. Meanwhile, Chinese President Xi Jinping is due in Washington in September to discuss the military standoff.
It’s not clear if Kerry will discuss the festering IMF issue, but these three points of contention – as mentioned above – certainly constitute a trio of potentially disastrous sore spots.
There’s no doubt that the corrupt and dictatorial Chinese government is panicked by recent events. China’s stock market has lopped off over US$1 trillion in wealth in a dramatic and unexpected bear market.
The Chinese government has a kind of pact with its people. In return for providing prosperity, the Chinese people cede political power to the ruling party. And their hold on power is even more tenuous than in the US or Europe which means the Chinese government is liable to be a lot more desperate as a result.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see a good deal more tension – if not possible military action – in the fall, if the Chinese economic situation doesn’t improve. And there are plenty of things a desperate Chinese government can do to temporarily stabilize the Chinese situation that will have a destabilizing effect on the world economy.
China, for instance, could further debase the yuan, crushing the feeble “recovery” that US and European officials currently insist is taking place in the West. Alternatively China could begin dumping its trillion dollar reserve of US currency – and maybe it already has begun. There are reports to that effect.
Such dumping could set US price inflation soaring, forcing the Fed’s hand on a significant rate hike and plunge the US into a Greater Depression.
But avoid the worst case and one still faces significant difficulties. The combination of currency debasement, currency dumping and increased military tensions could heat up in the fall considerably.
What really is catching our attention is on how these events all seem to be coming to a head in September. Even Christine Lagarde has mentioned the exact date of September 15 of this year as a deadline… this is the exact date that we have mentioned in our viral video, “SHEMITAH EXPOSED: Financial Crisis Planned For September” as being the possible beginning date of a crisis. And then to have the Chinese President also coming to the US in September has us wondering if the crisis we are expecting will be China/Yuan/SDR related.
The Chinese have a saying, “may you live in interesting times” – and September looks increasingly interesting on a number of fronts.

President Barack Obama’s been on a roll when it comes to firing military officers — especially those who aren’t afraid to speak out against the administration and expose what’s really happening behind the scenes.
That seems to be the case with Capt. James Fanell, a senior Navy intelligence leader who was relieved from his position as the U.S. Pacific Fleet’s director of intelligence and information operations because he made public information about China that Obama didn’t want you to hear.
His comments, now being labeled “provocative,” revealed that after a recent Chinese amphibious exercise, naval intelligence officials assessed that China’s strategy was to be able to launch a “short, sharp war,” with Japan.
Fannell said the following about Chinese naval intentions: “(We believe) the (People’s Liberation Army) has been given the new task to be able to conduct a short, sharp war to destroy Japanese forces in the East China Sea following with what can only be expected (as) a seizure of the Senkakus or even southern Ryukyu (islands).”
Those actions could potentially lead to something along the lines of World War III.
According to Pentagon brass, this information runs counter to their daily talking points about “building ties” with the Chinese Navy, a force which appears to be more assertive than ever before.
Adm. Harry Harris, in charge of PACFLT, relieved Fannel from his position as an intelligence director. According to Military Times, he was reassigned as an aid to Rear Adm. Randy Crites at PACFLT’s maritime headquarters — which is a long fall from his previous position.
In other words, he was punished for exposing a massive threat to the United States that Obama and his administration didn’t want you to know about.

Based on random interviews, several said they believe border checkpoints are necessary to keep illicit drugs, illegal immigrants and other unlawful activities out of the country.
However, many also said they’re concerned that too many law enforcement officials — including border patrol agents — unlawfully stretch their authority by using aggressive tactics when interrogating law-abiding citizens traveling in their own country.
Last week, Jessica A. Cooke, 21, Ogdensburg, was pulled over at a border checkpoint in Waddington by border patrol agents who wanted to search her car’s trunk. During an altercation that followed, Ms. Cooke allegedly was subdued with a stun gun.
The incident, which was captured on a cellphone video taken by Ms. Cooke, has prompted a spirited debate on social media sites. Ms. Cooke, a SUNY Canton criminal justice major who graduated Saturday, claims she was wrongfully assaulted and has threatened to file a lawsuit.Several people said they believed both parties deserve some blame for the altercation: Ms. Cooke for provoking agents with an uncooperative attitude and the agents for using excessive force to restrain her.
Here’s a sampling of opinions of area residents and visitors:
■ William C. Hill, Edwards, said he has driven through checkpoints on several occasions and never had a problem. Usually, agents ask drivers where they’re from and where they’re going. Occasionally, they ask drivers to pull over for further questioning or to inspect their vehicle.
“I’m all for border patrol checks. Look at the drugs seized weekly by these that would otherwise go right onto the streets,” Mr. Hill said in an email. “If you have nothing to hide, why be a jerk? Just cooperate.”
■ Heather M. Wells, 29, Ogdensburg, said she and her husband pass through checkpoints occasionally on Route 37 when they’re heading to the St. Regis Mohawk Reservation to purchase cigarettes.
“I think we’re close to a border so we should have checkpoints,” Mrs. Wells said. “If you don’t give them a reason to stop you, they won’t.”
■ In Watertown, Antonio F. Gigliotti said he does not consider road checkpoints set up by the Border Patrol to be cause for concern.
“They don’t bother me,” he said.
Mr. Gigliotti said he has traveled through checkpoints before without an issue. He said since he does not have anything to hide, he never feels worried when he passes through one.
■ Tonya Fulmore, Watertown, agreed. She said road checkpoints are necessary to keep our border secure.
“I think if they are protecting the border, they have every right to be there,” she said.
■ William R. Wagstaff Jr., Massena, said he believes border patrol agents at times abuse their power by asking to inspect vehicles without having reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed.

The Guard troops behave in a friendly manner and are willing to engage in casual conversation, but some have expressed concerns about armed personnel conducting maneuvers in public, suggesting that such activity should be done on base.
Others insist that the activity is perfectly routine and nothing to be worried about.
Last week, we featured a video out of Ontario, California which showed National Guard troops marching down a residential street while chanting military cadence and performing traffic control drills. Some locals claimed that such public drills were not commonplace.

Concerns about military personnel operating in public places are heightened in anticipation of the nationwide Jade Helm military exercise, a drill which will revolve around soldiers operating “undetected amongst civilian populations,” to see if they can infiltrate without being noticed.
A National Guard exercise based around dealing with civil unrest after a dirty bomb attack in Richmond, California which took place earlier this month featured role players acting as angry Americans yelling ‘right-wing’ rhetoric.

Congresswoman and former United States Ambassador to Luxembourg Ann Wagner (R-MO) appeared on The Dana Loesch show and placed the blame, of the stand down order to those that could have offered assistance to Americans under attack, on none other than Barack Obama.
Loesch asked Wagner, “Because you have been an ambassador, you have been overseas with similar responsibilities and similar missions – who gives such an order to stand down? Where does that come from?”
“The President of the United States,” the Missouri congresswoman affirmed.
As top diplomat in Libya Gregory Hicks testified to on Wednesday before the House Oversight Committee, “The Libyans that I talked to, and the Libyans and other Americans who were involved in the war have told me also, that Libyan revolutionaries were very cognizant of the impact that American and NATO airpower had with respect to their victory.”
“They are under no illusions that American and NATO airpower won that war for them,” Hicks continued. “And so, in my personal opinion, a fast mover flying over Benghazi at some point, you know, as soon as possible might very well have prevented some of the bad things that happened that night.”
He went on to add, “if we had been able to scramble a fighter or aircraft or two over Benghazi as quickly as possible after the attack commenced” — around 9:30 that night — “I believe there would not have been a mortar attack on the annex in the morning because I believe the Libyans would have split. They would have been scared to death that we would have gotten a laser on them and killed them.”
In fact, Hicks suggested that the Libyans would have granted the US permission to fly their planes directly over their airspace. “If we had been able to scramble a fighter or aircraft or two over Benghazi as quickly as possible after the attack commenced. I believe there would not have been a mortar attack on the annex in the morning because I believe the Libyans would have split. They would have been scared to death that we would have gotten a laser on them and killed them.”
Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) said that personnel “may not have arrived in time to save lives, but at the time the decision was made, the decision was wrong.”
Representative Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), a member of the committee also said that “military personnel were ready willing and able, and within proximity, but the Pentagon told them they had no authority and to stand down.”
I wrote back at the end of October of the reports coming out that there were calls for “military support and help because they were taking fire at the CIA safe house, or annex. The request was denied. There were no communications problems at the annex, according those present at the compound. The team was in constant radio contact with their headquarters. In fact, at least one member of the team was on the roof of the annex manning a heavy machine gun when mortars were fired at the CIA compound. The security officer had a laser on the target that was firing and repeatedly requested back-up support from a Spectre gunship, which is commonly used by U.S. Special Operations forces to provide support to Special Operations teams on the ground involved in intense firefights.”
We know from testimony this week that Defense Secretary Leon Panetta’s statement that “The U.S. military did not get involved during the attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya, last month because officials did not have enough information about what was going on before the attack was over” was not true. They did know. They knew in real time. There was no way they would not have known, but Panetta testified that Obama was simply absent on the night of the Benghazi attacks. In fact, the White House received several emails indicating what was going on and yet Obama would not authorize any help.
While Chris Stevens was appointed as a diplomat to Libya in 2007 under President George W. Bush, he was named ambassador under Barack Obama. Now stop and think about that for a moment. If Obama will just let one of his appointees, a U.S. ambassador, die at the hands of Islamists, how much do you think he cares about American citizens? I’m guessing not too much.
Over and over, this comes back to one person, Barack Hussein Obama. He is the one that over and over in his first days in office had to beat the drum that he was the “Commander-in-chief” and don’t you people forget it! Well, I say Mr. Obama needs to own up to his dereliction of duty, which resulted in the deaths of four Americans.
