Warning: You WILL be interrogated for driving within 100 miles of the Canadian border

http://www.militianews.com/warning-you-will-be-interrogated-for-driving-within-100-miles-of-the-canadian-border/
Taken right our of the playbook of Nazi Germany, random checkpoints are being set up by U.S. Customs [DHS] agents in the northeast within 100 miles of the Canadian border.
The Border Patrol operates a national network of internal checkpoints, illegally stopping motorists up to 100 miles inside our border! These illegal checkpoints allow DHS to stop and search law-abiding American citizens without justification.
It’s about to get much WORSE, the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee approved Bill S.750 which gives Border Patrol/DHS agents “immediate access to federal land within 100 miles” of both national borders and prohibit the “Secretaries of Interior and Agriculture” from impeding any CBP activities.
“Border Patrol already has unfettered access to protected federal public lands along the border,” Dan Millis, borderlands program coordinator for the Grand Canyon Chapter of theSierra Club. “In fact, Border Patrol currently has more access to the border and surrounding lands than the public.”
Imagine this: You and your family drive to Maine to visit Acadia National Park which receives over 2 MILLION tourists. Acadia is within 100 miles of the border and our govt sets up checkpoints to interrogate EVERY visitor! That’s the future of Police State America if we allow this B.S. to continue.
Christian Ramírez, director of the Southern Border Communities Coalition, criticized the legislation not only for what it sets out to do, but for what it doesn’t do. “What any border bill should include are reforms to Customs and Border Protection to ensure greater oversight and accountability, none of which are included in S.750.”
“Imagine this: Border Patrol decides to construct a surveillance tower dozens of feet tall, armed with cameras and motion sensors, in Saguaro National Park — Tucson’s backyard gem — with no public consultation,” added Millis. “It demonstrates the overreach and overkill of waiving laws 100 miles inland. That’s what McCain’s bill does.”
The ACLU has called for rejection of the 100-mile designation and wants CBP’s authority to be limited to “no more than 25 miles from the border and…incursions onto private property to no more than 10 miles.” “The ‘100-Mile Rule’ has never been subjected to meaningful debate or scrutiny in Congress. There is nothing in the record to indicate whether the Justice Department’s designation of 100 miles as a ‘reasonable distance’ was anything other than an arbitrary selection.”
The Watertown Daily Times describes how the Border Patrol is interrogating motorists in the Northeast:
Last week, Jessica A. Cooke, 21, Ogdensburg, was pulled over at a border checkpoint in Waddington by border patrol agents who wanted to search her car’s trunk. During an altercation that followed, Ms. Cooke was Tasered for recording them!
No charges have been filed and Ms. Cooke said she never was read her Miranda rights, adding she was told by agents they were trying to decide whether to file state or federal charges of assaulting an officer.
“They are trying to say that I put my hands on him first,” Ms. Cooke said. “That’s stupid; I had both hands on my phone, recording.”
The incident, which was captured on a cellphone video taken by Ms. Cooke, has prompted a spirited debate on social media sites. Ms. Cooke, a SUNY Canton criminal justice major who graduated Saturday, claims she was wrongfully assaulted and has threatened to file a lawsuit.
Several people said they believed both parties deserve some blame for the altercation: Ms. Cooke for provoking agents with an uncooperative attitude and the agents for using excessive force to restrain her.
Local citizens and visitors: speak out:
■ In Watertown, Antonio F. Gigliotti said he does not consider road checkpoints set up by the Border Patrol to be cause for concern. “They don’t bother me,” he said. Mr. Gigliotti said he has traveled through checkpoints before without an issue. He said since he does not have anything to hide, he never feels worried when he passes through one.
■ William R. Wagstaff Jr., Massena, said he believes border patrol agents at times abuse their power by asking to inspect vehicles without having reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed.
“This woman had every right to refuse to open her trunk,” Mr. Wagstaff said in an email. “I have refused several times to let them search me and put their K-9 in my vehicle.”
Mr. Wagstaff said he filed a complaint with the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C., and received a letter of apology. He also filed a complaint with border patrol officials in Swanton, Vt. “Now I don’t get harassed anymore,” he said.
■ A 26-year-old SUNY Canton student who asked that his name be withheld said he has personally experienced aggressive questioning by border patrol agents in Buffalo where he resides. He believes he was targeted because he is a black man who was traveling to Grand Island, a predominately white community. “Protection is definitely needed, but it’s wrong when that authority gets abused,” he said. “They (border patrol agents) have a role to play, but it must be contained in that role.”
Referring to Ms. Cooke’s situation, he said, “Her tone was a little abrasive, but they shouldn’t have put their hands on her. She wasn’t a threat to them or anyone around her.”
■ Edward B. Foote, 21, Canton, said he felt border patrol checkpoints were necessary to catch people with illegal drugs. “They (border patrol) probably push the limits sometimes, but I’ve never had that experience,” Mr. Foote said.
■ John Woodard Jr., Massena, said he believed the patrol officer in question in Ms. Cooke’s case went overboard with his behavior. “I think it was a little too excessive, actually,” Mr. Woodard said. “I think they’ve got a lot of stipulations for you to get across the border. People that have just minor felonies can’t even go across the border.”
■ Tim Drew, an Arizona resident who was interviewed in Massena, said while he has had limited experience dealing with border patrol on the U.S.-Canada line, he said he is familiar with border issues on the border with Mexico.
“I mean it’s regrettable, but when you enforce procedures in light of the recent security situations, innocent people do sometimes get hurt and it’s unfortunate, but I don’t find it to be wrong.”
Therein lies the problem, the public finds Border Patrol/DHS abuse “regrettable but don’t find it to be WRONG”!
There are too many SHEEPLE who don’t care if our rights are destroyed by DHS run law enforcement.

BARACK OBAMA ORDERED US CITIZENS BE INTERROGATED AT BORDER CHECKPOINTS INSIDE THE USA

http://www.teaparty.org/citizens-interrogated-border-checkpoints-inside-usa-99040/?fb_action_ids=853614701386178&fb_action_types=og.comments(Watertown Daily Times) – North country residents have mixed views — and strong opinions — about the value of traffic checkpoints routinely set up by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents assigned to monitor the American side of the U.S.-Canadian border.
Based on random interviews, several said they believe border checkpoints are necessary to keep illicit drugs, illegal immigrants and other unlawful activities out of the country.
However, many also said they’re concerned that too many law enforcement officials — including border patrol agents — unlawfully stretch their authority by using aggressive tactics when interrogating law-abiding citizens traveling in their own country.
Last week, Jessica A. Cooke, 21, Ogdensburg, was pulled over at a border checkpoint in Waddington by border patrol agents who wanted to search her car’s trunk. During an altercation that followed, Ms. Cooke allegedly was subdued with a stun gun.
The incident, which was captured on a cellphone video taken by Ms. Cooke, has prompted a spirited debate on social media sites. Ms. Cooke, a SUNY Canton criminal justice major who graduated Saturday, claims she was wrongfully assaulted and has threatened to file a lawsuit.Several people said they believed both parties deserve some blame for the altercation: Ms. Cooke for provoking agents with an uncooperative attitude and the agents for using excessive force to restrain her.
Here’s a sampling of opinions of area residents and visitors:
■ William C. Hill, Edwards, said he has driven through checkpoints on several occasions and never had a problem. Usually, agents ask drivers where they’re from and where they’re going. Occasionally, they ask drivers to pull over for further questioning or to inspect their vehicle.
“I’m all for border patrol checks. Look at the drugs seized weekly by these that would otherwise go right onto the streets,” Mr. Hill said in an email. “If you have nothing to hide, why be a jerk? Just cooperate.”
■ Heather M. Wells, 29, Ogdensburg, said she and her husband pass through checkpoints occasionally on Route 37 when they’re heading to the St. Regis Mohawk Reservation to purchase cigarettes.
“I think we’re close to a border so we should have checkpoints,” Mrs. Wells said. “If you don’t give them a reason to stop you, they won’t.”
■ Tonya Fulmore, Watertown, agreed. She said road checkpoints are necessary to keep our border secure.
“I think if they are protecting the border, they have every right to be there,” she said.
■ William R. Wagstaff Jr., Massena, said he believes border patrol agents at times abuse their power by asking to inspect vehicles without having reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed.

Collapse Prep Countrywide As Entire System Is Prepared To Be Brought Down - 'There's No Way Out Of It'

http://allnewspipeline.com/Eye_In_Sky_Finds_Military...
All across the country we are now seeing preparation for the collapse of the entire system as documented in the pictures and videos below. From Nevada to Virginia, from Texas to Arizona we see more proof that the US military and government are preparing for something huge and in the 1st video below from Dahboo7 we learn that what they are preparing for is much bigger than Jade Helm 15 .

All News Pipeline reader John Favere from North Port, Florida has emailed us the pictures seen above and at the bottom of the story showing a battery of tanks taken at a Virginia rest stop parking lot and asked us to publish them along with his comments that, as a frequent traveler, he has been seeing military nearly everywhere in his travels recently and is quite concerned about Jade Helm as being much more than 'exercises' for Texas and the deep southwith military now seen across the country.

With citizen photographers and reporters across the country taking Jade Helm reporting on the militarization of America into their own hands, another ANP reader sent us an observation of his own via Google Earth of a military buildup of some sort going on at an abandoned drag race strip just south of Dallas, Texas. While it's difficult for us to determine what these vehicles are, you can check them out yourself via Google Earth at coordinates N32 36'36" W96 24'54" or via Google Maps here.

A retired US Marine believe that they may be a line of portable generators being stored here...any thoughts of what these might be? For anyone who lives in the Dallas area and wants to check these out yourself at the former Dallas Raceway, which is now closed, the address they are seen at here is 8055 W US-175 outside of Crandall, Texas. Please email any pictures you might get of what these vehicles are to allnewspipeline@inbox.com and we'll happily update this story. This image was taken in 2015 according to the copyright from Google Earth. Much more below including videos with DAHBOO777 telling us about 'ARSOF' Operating Concept 2022 and the reality of US borders soon being erased. Another ANP reader who has spent the last 15 years of his life in the US Army has emailed us this: "I believe those trucks are called PLSTrucks. PLS stands for Palletized Load System. They can carry anything that is loaded onto a military pallet/skid."
We were also sent the following picture with description of another military vehicle buildup, this in Nevada.

I was traveling down Old 395, Virginia street heading North, Reno, Nevada. I was between the Golden Valley, and Lemmon valley exit.I have seen this property being fixed up for a while, no name or nothing on it. Just a heavy duty fence around the property. It has always been empty. Until last week. I drove by and was shocked to see, at least 60-75 transport, hummers, and other strange vehicles in its yard. We have Stead military base about 3-4 miles away. Strange place for all of these you think. I will keep you informed if I should see more things happen.

John Favere emailed the following pictures to All News Pipeline showing a line of tanks at a Virginia rest stop just north of the North Carolina border. We thank John, a man who describes himself as being dedicated to seeking and speaking truth, for sending us these pictures.

Dahboo7 tells us about something much bigger than Jade Helm 15 in this video; ARSOF 2022 and the end of US borders.

BIGGER THAN JADE HELM: 'ARSOF' OPERATING CONCEPT 2022, BORDERS TO BE ERASED

Operation Jade Helm 15 Arizona 04/17; Assault Support Tactics in Urban Area

n this last video we hear from Gregory Mannarino and the X22Report why this is one of the most dangerous times in human history and 100+ million people will likely die...the entire economic system is coming down
As Mannarino explains it, we are facing an event so serious that it will directly impact just about every person on earth. But before we can prepare for it, we need to understand what it is that’s going to happen and what a worst-case scenario may look like:
The central banks… by us adopting a debt-based economic model, which demands that cash be borrowed from the future in greater and greater amounts to sustain what we have here, have created an alternative universe which would not exist. If we did not have access to all of these funds that we’re borrowing from the future and inflating this debt we would not have the lifestyle that we have now.
It’s created a population boom… a population boom has risen in tandem with the debt. It’s incredible.
So, when the debt bubble bursts we’re going to get a correction in population. It’s a mathematical certainty.
Millions upon millions of people are going to die on a world-wide scale when the debt bubble bursts. And I’m saying when not if…
When resources become more and more scarce we’re going to see countries at war with each other. People will be scrambling… in a worst case scenario… doing everything that they can to survive… to provide for their family and for themselves.
There’s no way out of it.

OBAMA KNEW BEFORE BENGHAZI WAS ATTACKED HE PLANNED IT:THE REASON FOR THE STAND DOWN ORDERS

Top secret Benghazi documents prove Obama administration 'knew about terrorist attack within minutes'

  • Newly declassified testimonies about what happened among Pentagon officials the night of the Benghazi attack on September 11, 2012 have been obtained by Fox News
  • The documents show the U.S. military found out about 15 minutes after the attack - which killed four Americans - that it was an act of terror and communicated that to the Obama administration
  • However the government - including Obama and then-U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, who were in the throes of the 2012 US Presidential election - maintained for two weeks afterward the attack started as a protest against an anti-Islamic film and turned violent

Pentagon officials knew almost immediately that the attack on the U.S. facility in Benghazi, Libya, on 9-11-2012 was a terrorist attack and not a demonstration gone wrong, declassified documents have shown.
The documents - which were obtained by Fox News and contain 450 pages of top secret testimonies about the attack - has proven the Obama administration lied about the cause of the attack for two weeks afterward, having repeatedly maintained it was sparked by a violent demonstration against an anti-Islamic movie.
According to the documents, Gen. Carter Ham - who at the time was head of AFRICOM, the Defense Department combatant command with jurisdiction over Libya - said that while there was mention of the demonstrations - which started on the same day day as Benghazi but in Egypt - he and the other commanders involved were always clear that Benghazi was a terrorist attack.

The documents featuring a testimony with U.S. General Carter Ham (pictured) - who who at the time was head of AFRICOM - received a call about the Benghazi attack 15 minutes after it happened and that it 'was always clear' it was a terrorist attack
That information was delivered to President Obama and his top advisers, including then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta.
However the government said the attack was caused out of protest of Innocence of Muslims, a controversial 14-minute video uploaded to YouTube that was seen as denigrating of the prophet Muhammad.
The movie subsequently caused a breakout of violence in Egypt on September 11 that spread to other Arab and Muslim nations and caused the death of 50 people.
That night, a heavily armed group of between 125 and 150 gunmen attacked the American diplomatic mission at Benghazi, killing U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and another diplomat.
Then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton supported the Obama administration claims that Muslim of Innocence was believed to be cause, and chose the Accountability Review Board to conduct an 'investigation' into the attack.
The investigation determined that there was no such protest in Behnghazi and that the attack was premeditated and launched by Islamist militants.
Skepticism has surrounded the government's explanation of the attack, especially from the Republican party, mostly because Benghazi happened just two months before the 2012 Presidential Election.

Phl-US war games to be held in West Phl Sea

https://ph.news.yahoo.com/phl-us-war-games-held-160000600.html

This year’s joint military exercises involving more than 11,000 Filipino and American troops and massive naval and air power will be held in West Philippine Sea.
A senior security official, while declining to give specifics on the scheduled air and naval drills off Palawan and Zambales, said it is expected that the annual military games will trigger reaction from China.
“It is already expected of them, but planners of this year’s joint military exercises know what they’re doing. All the joint military activities will be held within the country’s territory,” the security official said.
Scheduled to start April 20 and last until April 30, the joint Balikatan 2015 exercises will involve 5,023 Filipino troops and 6,656 American servicemen.
The Armed Forces of the Philippines is deploying 15 of its aircraft to the war games, while the US will deploy 76 military planes. Three US warships and one from the Philippine Navy will also join the exercises.
The Australian military will also participate and send 61 soldiers and one aircraft.
Balikatan 2015 is the 31st version of the bilateral exercises and will feature traditional military training and community development projects.
The Philippine military bared the details of the annual joint exercise a week after it reported that China is conducting reclamation and construction projects in at least seven reefs in the disputed Spratlys archipelago.
China, which has been occupying disputed areas to assert its expansive territorial claims, is building artificial islets over Mabini (Johnson South), Burgos (Gaven), Kennar (Chigua) and Calderon (Cuarteron) Reefs and is conducting reclamation in Zamora (Subi), Kagitingan (Fiery Cross) and parts of Panganiban (Mischief) Reef.
Officials, however, have repeatedly denied that the joint exercises are directed at China.
The US is not taking sides in the territorial row but has called on claimants to settle differences peacefully through international law.
Balikatan 2015 activities will be divided into three categories: the command post exercise, field training and humanitarian civic assistance.
In the command post exercise, the scenario will focus on marine security and involve combined live fire exercises.
The field training will be held at Crow Valley in Tarlac, Basa Air Base and Clark Air Base in Pampanga, Fort Magsaysay in Nueva Ecija, Marine Base Gregorio Lim and Naval Base Heracleo Alano in Cavite, and Naval Station Leovigildo Gantiouqui in Zambales.
Officials said the exercises were designed to enhance the capabilities, tactics and interoperability of the Philippine and US militaries.
The humanitarian civic assistance will be held in Puerto Princesa in Palawan and Panay island in the Visayas.
Members of the Australian Defense Forces will participate in the activity, which seeks to strengthen ties between the military forces and local communities.
The opening ceremony of Balikatan 2015 will be held at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City on April 20 while closing rites will be at Clark on April 30.
Vice Admiral Alexander Lopez, chief of the Palawan-based Western Command, will be this year’s exercise director while Armed Forces Command and General Staff College commandant Brig. Gen. Rodolfo Santiago will serve as his deputy.
