This video is a follow up to the discovery of military hardware off a backroad in Texas. The first discovery, was that these are indeed M270 Multiple Launch Rocket Systems. The second, is that they are not on an official military base and some have questioned if they are NATO. As for now, the satellite images show proof they are there.
