The Migliavacca Mansion, designed by local architect W.H. Corlett in the Queen Anne style, is one of the largest and most ornate houses in Napa. It is constructed of fine materials, including select redwood and Italian slate shingles, and exhibits a high level of craftsmanship.
The residence originally stood on Division Street but was moved to 4th Street.
