Cayenne pepper is a great way to spice up veggie-based green smoothies (slightly addicted to them lately). Cayenne also boosts your metabolism, immune system, and helps with digestion—pretty awesome, huh?

VEGGIE MEDLEY GREEN SMOOTHIE | serves two
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup vegetable broth (add more water if needed)
4 celery stalks
2 large carrots
5-10 cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1-2 green onions
Salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste
