" Obamanazis must be the arithmetic 'geniuses' — they love to add trouble, subtract pleasure, divide attention, and multiply ignorance !! "
URGENT: Here’s the Massive Warning Google Just Issued About Obama
Ah, the Constitution: such a quaint little document! I mean, sure, it’s the law of the land and all, but why should President Barack Obama be forced to follow something so inconvenient to his agenda?

Google is the latest entity to notice that the Obama administration doesn’t exactly follow the nation’s guiding document.
In legal papers filed this week, the Internet giant expressed grave concern over the FBI’s digital search warrant plan, known as Rule 41.
The plan, which is supported by the Obama administration, would allow judges to approve search warrants outside their jurisdiction for digital documents.
Richard Salgado — Google’s director for law enforcement and information security — wrote that the Justice Department plan “raises a number of monumental and highly complex constitutional, legal, and geopolitical concerns that should be left to Congress to decide.”
To which the administration responded, “Congress? Huh? What’s that?”
Calling Rule 41 a “monumental” threat to the Constitution, Salgado wrote in court documents that “The serious and complex constitutional concerns implicated by the proposed amendment are numerous and, because of the nature of Fourth Amendment case law development, are unlikely to be addressed by courts in a timely fashion.”
In addition, Google expressed concern that the vague language in Rule 41 could theoretically allow the government to spy on almost any American, according to The Washington Times.
Imagine that.
Rule 41 is subject to review by the Supreme Court and Congress. If there are no objections made to “reject, modify, or defer the rules,” it will go into effect as Justice Department policy.
Why America would want to give any administration or government the power to search the computers of ordinary Americans in the manner that Rule 41 allows is beyond me.
That America would want to give that power to this particular administration — which has shown utter contempt and dismissal for the Constitution and the rights it grants American citizens — is especially disturbing.
It’s time that we stood with Google to oppose the Obama administration and their trampling of our founding documents.
